Elijah Binegar, 18, of Williamstown, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 26, 2014.
He was born July 5, 1996, in Parkersburg, the son of Russell Darrin Binegar and Jenice Stephens Binegar, both of Williamstown.
Elijah enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling and was baptized at the Episcopal Church.
He is survived by his father, Russell Darrin Binegar (Rebekah Friem); his mother, Jenice Stephens Binegar (Jamie Brough); his sister, Justice Binegar of Morgantown; grandparents, Jan Nicholas Stevens (Willie Williams) of Williamstown, and Norma and Russell Binegar of Williamstown; great-grandfather, Howard Nicholas of Williamstown; aunt, Kimberly McMillan (Michael) of Williamstown; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Public visitation will be 4:30- 6:30 p.m. today at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, with Pastor Chad Mugrage officiating. A private family service will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
