W.Va. can’t keep waiting for the ‘next big thing

State officials in Charleston found out last week they may have chosen to see a glass half full when it was really closer to empty. According to Deputy Revenue Secretary Mark Muchow, West Virginia's economy will need to grow by approximately 4 percent in the 2014-15 year in order to balance the budget.
