Fred Yerkes Kafka of Vienna, W.Va., was a father, brother, adventurer, friend, DuPont engineer and a great cook. He was born Aug. 22, 1950, and left us July 19, 2014.
He is survived by his son, Walter Kafka of Kansas City, Mo.; his partner, Dorothy Johnson of Morgantown, W.Va.; and his sister, Kimberly Kafka of La Farge, Wis.
Services will be held from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 430 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
