PARKERSBURG - Four Mid-Ohio Valley students have received college scholarships from Menelek Masonic Lodge 74 in Parkersburg.
The lodge was able to award two scholarships last year to students and expanded that number to four this year through a variety of fundraisers under the guidance of Worshipful Master Frank Spriggs and Senior Warden Rommel Henderson.
The lodge raised money through garage sales, selling concessions at City Park and Southwood Park during the annual Parkersburg Fishing Derby and through a golf tournament.
