Julia Irene Williams, 86, of Davisville, passed away June 16, 2014, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
Julia was born Nov. 22, 1927, in Wood County, Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Eber and Beulah Wharton Wigal.
She was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church of Vienna. She loved being with her family, playing search-a-word, puzzles and cards.
She is survived by three daughters, Nora Patton of Omaha, Neb., LuAnn Loy, Vienna, and Jacqueline Harris (Skip) of Davisville; two sons, Douglas Williams (Rosalinda) of San Antonio, Texas, and David Williams (Kathy) of Parkersburg; four sisters; two brothers; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gail Williams; two brothers, Robert and Franklin Wigal; one grandson, David Kastrow; and one nephew, Michael Wigal.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 21, at Lambert-Tatman, Vienna, with Pastor James Yost officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, June 20, at the funeral home.
