Robert Lee Dadisman, 86, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away at his residence in Vienna, June 16, 2014.
He was born Nov. 19, 1927, in Philippi, W.Va., a son of the late Isaac Walker and Darcas Ellen Kelley Dadisman.
Robert was a self-employed carpenter and formerly worked for the B & O Railroad. He was a former member of the Vienna Volunteer Fire Dept. He was a member of the 36th Street Church Of Christ, was an avid sports fan and enjoyed hunting and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Straight Dadisman; one daughter, Jennifer Gamba (Michael) of Little Hocking, Ohio; one son, Jeffrey (Mona) of Charlotte, N.C.; and his extended family, Robert Allen, Sandra and Frank Disciascio and Linda and Dan Jeters.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 20, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Evangelist Mark Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Thursday, June 19, at the funeral home.
