Elaine Madison, 60, of Belpre, passed away March 19, 2014, at Ohio State University Hospital.
She was born Jan. 6, 1954, in Parkersburg, the daughter of Cecil and Annabelle Richards Flanagan.
She worked as a customer service representative in the banking industry. She began her career with Commercial Bank. She later moved to Wood County Bank, which became Commerce Bank, and is now currently Huntington Bank, from where she retired after 22 years. She was a member of the Ohio Child Conservation League. She loved her family, shopping and movies. She also loved trips to Las Vegas, where she received much enjoyment playing slot machines.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 39 years, Richard Michael Madison; a son, Kristopher Michael Madison (Jessica); a daughter, Jessica Anne Tabler; grandchildren, Michael Jacob Castle-Foster, Sean Garrett Tabler and Haiden Owen Tabler; and step-granddaughter, Jasmine Wright, all of Belpre; and two brothers, Lendal Flanagan (Kelly) and Darrell Flanagan (Tonya).
There will be a gathering for family and friends from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre.
