Naomi Marie Fisher, 72, of Vienna, passed away March 16, 2014, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
She was born Oct. 17, 1941, in Kanawha County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Virgil Thomas Holbert and Freda Jeffries Pfalzgraf.
Naomi had previously worked at the West Virginia Central Credit Union. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, watching NASCAR and loved being around her family, grandchildren and her pets.
Naomi is survived by her six children, Pam Byers, Thomas Fisher, Tina Hose (Richard Darst), Teresa Wilt (Danny Williams) and Cindy Turner (Melvin), all of Vienna, and Steven Byers (Dara) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Shanell Jeffrey (Adam), Megan Turner (Mark Freed), Ryan Wilt (Dolly Chaddock), Renee Wilt and Shawn Fisher; her great-grandchildren, Rylee Wilt, Noah Byers and Alyvia Jeffrey; her sisters and brothers, Gary Holbert (Shirley), Peggy Hendrick (Richard), Sue Waybright and Robin Tennant (Rick); her stepbrothers, Dale, Paul and Johnny Pfalzgraf; and her stepsister, Betty Snider.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alie Ray "Abuck" Fisher on Oct. 21, 2001; her infant daughter, Freda Ann Fisher; one brother, Ronnie Pfalzgraf; her step-father, Robert Pfalzgraf; and step-mother, June Holbert; one step-brother, Bobbie Pfalzgraf; and one step-sister, Patricia Holbert.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Pastor Sandy Runnion officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
