Amber Leggett McIntyre, 31, of Cutler, Ohio, died at the OSU Werner Center in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born in Parkersburg, on March 7, 1982, and was the daughter of Virgil and Jill Hutton Leggett.
She had worked as a postal carrier. She loved singing and playing music.
Survivors include her children, Kylie, Luke and Natalie McIntyre; her parents; a brother, Josiah Leggett of Cutler; her maternal grandmother, Betty Hutton of Ravenswood; and her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre, with Pastor Ralph Tisdale officiating and graveside services at 2:30 p.m. at Leggett Family Farm. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, and up to time of services Wednesday.
Donations may be made to the Amber McIntyre Memorial fund at Huntington Bank set up for her children.
