PARKERSBURG - A winner was announced in the Peoples Bank Grand Re-Opening Sweepstakes.
Kristin Meeks won a $1,000 prepaid VISA gift card.

Peoples Bank recently celebrated its newly renovated branches in Wood County with events from Jan. 27-30. Specials and giveaways were offered throughout the week and included personal loan and mortgage discounts, personal and business checking account specials and a chance to win a prepaid VISA gift card.
Meeks' name was randomly drawn from hundreds of entries.
Fitzpatrick said the renovations were extensive during the past several months. Everything that features the Peoples Bank name has undergone a transformation, ranging from a new logo to the remodel of its branches. In addition, each branch now features a dedicated and highly visible community wall to showcase local community organizations and events.
