Kathleen Ann Crawford, 64, of Vienna, passed away Feb. 19, 2014, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, following a short illness.
She was born Feb. 26, 1949, in Trenton, N.J., a daughter of Theodore J. Wilk of Bradenton, Fla., and the late Fay I. Tank Wilk.
She graduated from Potomac State College in Keyser, W.Va., and she worked for the Wood County Board of Education in the board office. She enjoyed the beach, especially the Jersey Shore in her earlier years, and scrapbooking. She had been active with the Williamstown PTA, was a past member of the Williamstown Women's Club and had served as a Girl Scout leader. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church for over 35 years where she had served as church secretary for several years.
In addition to her father, Kathy is survived by daughter, Jill Marshall (Eric) of Vienna; son, Scott Crawford (Jennifer) of Lexington, N.C.; three grandchildren, Brooke Marshall, Deric Marshall and AshLynn Rose Crawford; and brother, Gary Wilk (Dana) of Overland, Kan.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 24, at St. Michaels Catholic Church, with Father John Gallagher officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will be at the St. John's Cemetery in Allentown, N.J.
