James B. Prince and Kelly J. Kramer were united in marriage on Sept. 21, 2013, at The Talon Winery in Lexington, Ky. Minister Brett Stamps officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Hal and Donna Kramer of Vienna, and the granddaughter of the late Sarah and Stanley Weller of Bolton Landing, N.Y., and Joan and Harold Kramer of Pittsfield, Mass. She is a 2009 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of Kentucky. She is employed by Wickliffe Veterinary Pharmacy.
The groom is the son of Brenda and Jim Prince of Paris, Ky., and the grandson of Joyce and the late Eddy B. Doan of Northmiddletown, Ky., and Charlene Prince and the late James H. Prince of Paris, Ky. He is a 2006 graduate of Bourbon County High School and studied at the University of Kentucky. He is serving his country with the Army Reserves, having completed two tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is employed by the Hidaway Farm in Paris, Ky.
The wedding party included Lauren Thorn, matron of honor; bridesmaids, Jenny McCoy, Megan Cassidy and Anna Taylor; and flower girl/goddaughter, Ashlyn Johnson.
The best man was Garrett Prince, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Kevin Kramer, Chris Johnson, Chris Sheridan and Joey Florence.
Also assisting the bride and groom were ushers, Spencer Prince and Nathan Prince, brothers of the groom.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon in Jamaica. They reside in Lexington, Ky.
