The best interest of the child?

December 22, 2013
Parkersburg News and Sentinel

In the 1980s laws were created to protect women and children from abusive relationships. Now, the laws that were created to protect women and children from abuse, have morphed into a giant loophole to allow fraudulent abuse. These laws made no provisions for men/fathers who have been victimized by domestic violence. Domestic violence against men has been ignored and has radically increased. This "loophole" has allowed vengeful women to use protective orders to falsely report their children's fathers, accusing them of domestic violence and/or allegations of sexual abuse.
