Jean L. Dotson Johnson, 90, of Largo, Fla., passed away Sept. 27, 2013.
She was born July 8 1923, in Parkersburg, W.Va., the daughter of the late Floyd G. Dotson and Nellie B. Hyson Dotson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert R. Johnson I; two sons, Robert R. Johnson II and William G. Johnson; one grandson, Ryan Johnson; and two brothers, Walter I. Dotson and Gordon P. Dotson.
She was a homemaker and worked at the "Shovel Plant" as it was known as, then later the O. Ames plant in Parkersburg during World War II
She is survived by one brother, Jack C. Dotson; 12 children, Judy (Tim) Smith, Mary Singleton, Jim Johnson, Pat (Tommy) Wehinger, Dorothy (Rick) Kells, John (Audrey) Johnson, Joe (Sherry) Johnson, Sharon (Ron) Vigil, Betty (Charley) Eason, David Johnson, Marilyn (George) Campnell and Carolyn Johnson; 29 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
