Wynona MacDougall, 90, of Belpre, Ohio, died at her residence on Sept. 27, 2013.
She was born in Paragould, Ark., on May 7, 1923, and was the daughter of the late Lee and Delilah Blount Walker.
She loved collecting cookbooks, gardening, traveling and was an excellent golfer. She took great pride in having four generations living on the same street for the past 10 years. She loved her frequent calls to Mamie Balderson.
Survivors include her daughter, Carole (Ron) Will of Belpre; her son, Larry (Jackie) Conklin of California; her grandchildren, Donna Spindler of Belpre, Deborah (Leroy) Layba of California, Sheri (Shane) Parker of Peoria, Ill., and Patty Ann (Brian) VanSloten of California; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, J. Michael Walker; two sisters, Judie Hartwick and Mareda Devens; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Conklin; and her husband, Major General Jack B. MacDougall, U.S. Army Retired.
At the request of Wynona, there will be no visitation or funeral.
