Harry Lawrence Eddy Jr., 66, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away having fought a short but courageous battle with melanoma. He entered into eternal rest on Aug. 16, 2013.
He was born May 1, 1947, in Parkersburg, W.Va., to the late Harry Lawrence Eddy Sr. and Virginia Anne Eddy.
He was a veteran where he served in the U.S. Air Force and Naval Reserves. He worked as an RN as the Diabetes Educator and Point of Care Coordinator at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was a member of PADA and had attended AADE Conferences. He was a member of Grace Fellowship Church of Mineral Wells. He will be fondly remembered for his smile and caring attitude.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Eddy; daughters, Teresa Weiand (Steve) and Cassandra Vaughn (Randy Deason); brother, Stephen Eddy (Bobbie); sisters, Joan Lemon (Mark), Pamela Hart (Rick), and Brenda Elder (Chris); seven grandchildren; and seven great-grand children, with one on the way.
In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his sister, Patricia Olberding.
