Melvina Joe Fauley, 80, of Washington, W.Va., died on Monday, July 29, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
She was born Oct. 19, 1932 in Salem, W.Va., to the late Joseph and Lillian (Lambert) Robinson.
Melvina graduated from WVU in 1954 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. She worked her entire working career as a social worker. She attended the First Lutheran Church in Parkersburg and worked in the office answering phones after her retirement. Melvina enjoyed family vacations to Michigan where her family would camp in tents and going home to Morgantown for Christmas, but she loved her family more than anything else.
She is survived by two sons, Scott Fauley of Washington, W.Va., and Matt Fauley (Kimberly) of Osceola, Wis.; one daughter, Bonnie Zeuli Fauley of Stillwater, Minn.; five grandchildren, Amber Fauley and Lindsey and Issac Fauley and Blake and Joe Zeuli; and many brothers and sisters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dowe Scott Fauley.
Melvina donated her body and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
