Timothy Jackson "T.J." Headley, 41, passed away in Lufkin, Texas, on July 21, 2013.
He was born Dec. 12, 1971, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, in Glendale, W.Va.
He graduated from Paden City High School in 1990, and from Alderson Broaddus College in 1994 with a physician's assistant degree. His medical career as a PA-C was in cardiovascular surgery. He has resided in Lufkin, Texas, for the past 18 years.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda Bennefield Headley; daughters, Maci Jane and Emma Katherine in Lufkin, and Alivia McEldowney in Paden City; his parents, Keith and Sandy Headley of Paden City; a brother, Jason Headley (wife Amy) of San Francisco, Calif.; and maternal grandparents, Dave and the late Doris Lucas. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ulysses and Bessie Snider Headley.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist in Paden City.
He was buried in Lufkin per his wishes. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Paden City.
