Norma Alice Casto (Godbey) of Friendship Health and Rehab Center, Roanoke, Va., passed away peacefully on June 3, 2013.
Born on July 19, 1923 in Charleston, W.Va., Norma was a long time resident of Parkersburg, where she was an active member of Stephenson United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John W. Casto and her granddaughter Kathryn Ann Rattenbury.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Debby and Ken Rattenbury and grandson Jack Rattenbury of Roanoke, Va.; sister-in-law Louise Godbey of South Charleston, W.Va.; nieces Judy Breaux, Lyn Casto and Sharon McKnight; nephews Don Godbey, John Godbey, Bill McKnight and Jim McKnight; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held 11 a.m. Friday June 7, at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the family receiving visitors one hour prior to the service. Rev. Terry Alvarez will officiate with burial to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
