May 6, 2013
Parkersburg News and Sentinel

Another angel, Dana "Joann" Linger, was called home to rest on May 4, 2013.

She was born on June 12, 1960, to her biological parents, John Hanes and Dorothy "Mouse" Van Meter, and raised by her adoptive parents, Coy "Mose" Linger and Darlene (Huggins) Stoltz.

Joann loved her church family at Family Worship Center and raising her many dogs.

She is survived by her sister and best friend, Linda Huggins; brother, John Hanes; and many nieces and nephews she loved with all her heart. She is also survived by her cousins and friends, Von Von, Nancy and Pat from Columbus.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Linger; and sister, Jenny Hanes.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Family Worship Center in Reno, Ohio, by Pastor Charlie Hall.

Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
