Chad Michael Renzelman, 32, of Kennewick, Wash., was booked Wednesday into the Central Regional Jail at Sutton.
On March 5, Todd Honaker, husband of Renee Honaker, appeared before Roane County Magistrate Ronald White. According to court records, Honaker waived a preliminary hearing on charges of first-degree murder and delivery of a controlled substance, LSD.
Police said the Honakers were using LSD during the night of Feb. 28. Todd Honaker said Renee fell to the ground and started convulsing, police said. She was rushed to the hospital, where she died.
Police said Renzelman mailed LSD to Todd Honaker, who gave the drugs to Renee, which killed her. Police said the two men apparently knew each other from college.
