CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Brandon Knapper scored 16 points, Rashaud Kincade added 15 points and South Charleston beat Morgantown 48-39 in the Class AAA quarterfinals Thursday night.
The third-seeded Black Eagles (24-2) will meet No. 2 Woodrow Wilson in Friday's semifinals. South Charleston returns to the semifinals for the first time since 2010.
A.D. Cunningham added 10 points and 11 rebounds for South Charleston.
Nathan Adrian had 17 points and 17 rebounds for sixth-seeded Morgantown (19-7).

South Charleston came from 10 points down midway through the second quarter. The Black Eagles went ahead to stay, 36-33, on a Kincade 3-pointer with 3 seconds left in the third quarter.
After an Adrian layup brought Morgantown within 42-39 with 2:28 left in the game, South Charleston scored the final six points, including four by Knapper.

Bridgeport 79,
Westside 71
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Jordan Haywood scored 28 points and sixth-seeded Bridgeport upset No. 3 Westside 79-71 in the Class AA quarterfinals Thursday.
Chase Robey added 13 points, Ryan Sprouse had 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Tyler Sprouse scored 10 for Bridgeport. The Indians (19-7) advanced to the quarterfinals for the first time since 2007.
Justin Cogar scored 19 points, Corey Bowles had 14, Jason Scarlett had 12 points and 11 rebounds, and Levi Lambert scored 11 for Westside (19-7).
Westside was making its first tournament appearance since losing in the 2005 championship game to Logan.
The teams combined for 68 free throws.
A Lambert 3-pointer brought Westside within 57-55 with 7:15 left in the game, but that's as close as the Renegades got. Bridgeport extended the lead to 74-63 with 1:45 left.
Fairmont Senior 55,
Scott 48
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Travon Horton and Jarin Hilson scored 15 points apiece, leading Fairmont Senior to a 55-48 win over Scott in the Class AA quarterfinals Thursday.
Second-seeded Fairmont Senior (20-6) moves into the tournament semifinals for the first time since 1998.
Shaquille Washington had 10 rebounds for Fairmont Senior.
Matt Dolan led seventh-seeded Scott (15-11) with 18 points and Cody Brown scored 14.
Fairmont Senior led 32-25 after the third quarter and by as many as 12 points in the fourth quarter.
Scott made just 26 percent of its field goals but outscored Fairmont Senior 26-17 at the free-throw line.
Bluefield 62,
North Marion 51
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Lykel Collier led four Bluefield players in double figures with 17 points and the top-seeded Beavers beat North Marion 62-51 in the Class AA quarterfinals Thursday night.
Bluefield (23-3) advanced to the semifinals for the second straight year.
Bluefield led 29-23 at halftime and never trailed in the second half.
North Marion outrebounded Bluefield 48-38 but was outscored 20-3 from the free-throw line.
Anthony Eades added 15 points for Bluefield. Corey Coppola and D.J. Edwards each scored 13. Michael Yost had 10 rebounds.
Matt Cain had 16 points and 12 rebounds while Cody Opron had 11 points and 11 rebounds for eighth-seeded North Marion (16-9).
North Marion had reached the tournament for the first time since 2004.
Robert C. Byrd 51,
Tolsia 44
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Devonti Birch scored 13 points to lead Robert C. Byrd to a 51-44 win over Tolsia in the Class AA quarterfinals Thursday night.
Robert C. Byrd (20-6) advanced to the tournament semifinals for the first time since 1996. The Eagles had lost in the quarterfinals in their seven previous tries.
Fourth-seeded Robert C. Byrd will meet top-seeded Bluefield on Friday night.
Tolsia trailed by 17 points in the fourth quarter before making a furious comeback. Terry Davis made two free throws to cap a 17-4 run that brought the Rebels within 48-44 with 23 seconds left. But Tolsia didn't score again.
Nick Dyer added 12 points for Robert C. Byrd.
Morgan Stacy, Tolsia's leading scorer, was held to six points on 1-of-10 shooting. Davis led Tolsia (17-9) with 20 points.
