Faith Mace

Faith Delight Mace, 78, of Waverly, passed away on March 7, 2013, at the Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.

She was born on Nov. 27, 1934 in Barberton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Samuel Wesley Mitchell and Dorothy Ellen Mitchell Cole.

Faith enjoyed crocheting and quilting and helping raise her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Clyde Lester Mace, daughters Ellen Marie Leidy of Barberton, Ohio, Louella Jean Wells of Margengo, Ohio, Cynthia Faye Wells and Michelle Faith Butcher, both of Waverly, sons Charles Fredrick Wells of Parkersburg, Allen Lee Wells of Marengo, Ohio, 22 grandchildren including Jeannie Marie Cramlet of Parkersburg, whom she raised, 32 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, Faith was preceded in death by her first husband Billie Lee Wells, son Marcus King Wells, daughters Iola Carole Boram and Peggy Cordelia Mills.

The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, W.Va. Burial will be at the Middle Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday and for one hour prior to the service on Sunday.
