Amber Rae Ball and Timothy Joseph Wallbrown were married in a double-ring ceremony with Craig Kendall of Parkersburg officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Sterling and Judy Ball of Mineral Wells.
She is set to graduate in the spring with a master's degree in psychology and an ED.S in school psychology from Marshall University Graduate College. She is employed as a school psychologist at Warren Local Schools.
