PARKERSBURG - A Parkersburg man was charged with drunken driving after an accident early Friday morning on the south side where a utility pole was broken, according to the Parkersburg Police Department.
Jordon Levi McNeely, 20, 1009 Camden Ave., was cited for underage DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and no proof of insurance, Sgt. Greg Collins said.
The accident happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 900 block of Fourth Avenue.
