Madalone "Mattie" Naomi Beeson, 73, of Mineral Wells, W.Va., passed away Feb. 5, 2013, at her home after an extended illness.
Mattie was born Sept. 14, 1939 to the late Harold Alva "Harry" and Clara Pearl (Marty) Shultz.
She was a member of Gihon United Methodist Church and attended Parkersburg High School. She worked in the Food Service Department at Camden Clark Hospital. She was also co-owner of Oakdale Stables in Pettyville, was a former member of the Williamstown Band Association, and an avid Williamstown Sports Fan.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Scott Beeson; one son, Michael Scott Beeson of Mineral Wells; three daughters, Pamela Sue (Robert) Radabaugh of Hamilton, Texas, Beverly Dawn (Earl) Fugitt of Mineral Wells, W.Va. and a special daughter, Sandy (Mike) Bonneford, of Maryland; one sister, Anna Pearl Richards of Parkersburg; a sister-in-law, Myrna Shultz of Parkersburg; six grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua, Nathan Radabaugh, Jennifer (Jamie) Thompson, Jessica (Hector) Velez, Mattie Fugitt and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Shultz, sisters Mary Bibbee, Jean Cooper, Ora Belle Powell and brothers-in-law, Earl Cooper, Chuck Bibbee and Jim Bosley.

Funeral services will be Friday, at 11 a.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth Street, Parkersburg and visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today.
