It clearly has "No Parking Any Time" signs on Third Street, downtown Parkersburg, beside the new Public Debt building. Apparently those who park there can't read or choose to ignore it.
It's especially congested through there in the early spring through late fall for the members of the Yacht Club. It surely would be nice if the ones disobeying the signs find somewhere else to pick up or let out their rides. I can only imagine the roar if one of those parked illegally were to be hit by a camper or boat trying to get through.
