PARKERSBURG - On Wednesday at about 2:30 a.m. Parkersburg police officers responded to Go-Mart at 3001 Seventh St. in reference to a man with a gun.

James Patrick Summers, 21, of 3623 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, brandishing a weapon, obstructing and disorderly conduct. Police said Summers refused to comply with the commands of officers to get on the ground after their arrival on scene.
