ATHENS, Ohio - A traffic stop by the Athens County Sheriff's Office on Saturday resulted in the seizure of LSD and other drugs, according to Sheriff Pat Kelly.
Kelly reported that about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Deputy John Morris stopped a vehicle driven by Jeremy D. Cutshaw, 41, of 1220 Two Mile Run Road, Cutler, on a minor traffic violation on Ohio 13 east of Millfield.
Kelly said after the stop, Morris's canine, Esko, indicated on the vehicle and during the search of the vehicle, deputies allegedly seized approximately 800 hits of LSD, eight ounces of moonshine, marijuana, a bag of white powder believed to be ketamine and $2,600. The LSD was packaged in sheet form.
Cutshaw was arrested and charged with second-degree felony possession of LSD. He was transported to the South Eastern Ohio Regional Jail.
A passenger, 23-year-old Amanda Eigenbrodt, of New York, had a warrant out of Hocking County.
Kelly said the street value of the LSD is between $12-$16 per dose.
