PARKERSBURG - A woman on the Parkersburg Police Department's Warrant of the Week turned herself in on Thursday, officials said.
Ashley Nichole Dowler, 23, 2022 16th St., Parkersburg, was wanted for felony fraudulent use of an access device. She was listed as the Warrant of the Week on Wednesday.
According to Sgt. Greg Collins, department spokesman, on Dec. 12, Dowler used a debit card belonging to another person without their knowledge or consent to obtain $450 from an ATM.
