C. Benny Harper, 73, of Gandeeville, W.Va., died Dec. 30, 2012, at the Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, W.Va.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
