Rebecca Nunn Noble, 65, of Parkersburg, died on Monday, Dec. 24, 2012 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
She was born Jan. 10, 1947 in Parkersburg, W.Va.
After graduating high school, Rebecca attended Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Fla. She continued to paint her entire life including portraits, landscapes, pets, and children. She would often donate her paintings to local businesses and charities. She was also a docent at the Parkersburg Art Center. She enjoyed working as an RN in the emergency room at St. Joseph's Hospital for many years.
She is survived by one daughter, Heather Leigh Noble (Lawrence Patrick McGinnis) of Vienna; two grandchildren, Farrah Morgan McGinnis and Connor Osian McGinnis; her father; George Nunn of Arizona; one brother, George Butcher (Mary) of Belpre; friend and cousin, Mary Riccobene; goddaughter, Penny Jones; and her ex-husband who she remained friends with, Richard C. Noble of Boise, Idaho.
The funeral service will be Monday, Dec. 31, at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg beginning at 1 p.m. with Monsignor Joseph Peterson officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
