Jessica Lee Terek and Chad Ryan Wilson were united in marriage on July 28 at First Baptist Church in Moundsville, W.Va. The Rev. John Steele officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dan and Kathy Fortney of Moundsville, and Doug and Angela Terek of St. Clairsville, Ohio. She is the granddaughter of Margie and the late Donnie Claycomb and John and Sandy Terek. She is the great-granddaughter of Millie Holmes. She is a graduate of John Marshall High School and West Virginia University.

The groom is the son of Michael and Denise Nolan of Vienna. He is the grandson of Jack and Babe Shiflet of Rutland, Ohio. He is the great-grandson of Olive and the late Clair Cottrill of Point Pleasant, W.Va. He is a graduate of Parkersburg High School and West Virginia University, and is a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and a veteran of Iraqi Freedom. He is employed as a district manager for Aldi's in Pennsylvania.

The bride wore a one shoulder full-length ball gown with lace applique. She was escorted to the altar by her father and stepfather. Her maid of honor was Corleen Myer of Glen Dale, W.Va., friend of the bride.

The bridesmaids were Nattie Warskinsky of McMechen, W.Va., friend of the bride; Sallie Minor of Moundsville, friend of the bride; Alexa Rich of Moundsville, friend of the bride; Ashley Wallace of Moundsville, friend of the bride; and Amanda Terek of Moundsville, sister of the bride. Haylee Lynn Williams of Parkersburg, niece of the groom, served as flower girl.

The best man was Kyle Dowler of Pittsburgh, Pa., friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Brandon Smith of Tyler, W.Va., friend of the groom; Phil Arthur of Parkersburg, friend of the groom; Dan Opatut of Princeton, N.J., Nate Arnold of Morgantown, friend of the groom; and Andrew Crego of Parkersburg, friend of the groom.

The ushers were Brian Blend of Buchanan, W.Va., and Brett Winland of Enola, Pa., friends of the groom. Jayden Michael Williams, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.

The reception was held at the Artisan Center in Wheeling, where guests enjoyed dinner and dancing. The bridal cake resembled Tiffany boxes. Debbie Claycomb, aunt of the bride, prepared a cookie station.

The couple honeymooned in the Bahamas and reside in Irwin, Pa.
