Raymond and Miriam Smith celebrated their 50th anniversary on Dec. 7. They were married Dec. 7, 1962, by the late Rev. E.J. Roberts at the Murphytown Baptist Church.
He is the son of the late Joseph and Alberta Smith. She is the daughter of the late Evy Strickland and Margarie Middaugh. They are the parents of Randy (Lisa) of Vincent, Michael of Kileen, Texas, the late Mark and Steven of Belpre.
