Jarrett Ellis Kee, 83, of Dunbar, W.Va., passed away Dec. 19, 2012, at the Hubbard Hospice House at Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston, W.Va.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, W.Va. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
