Basil C. Bailey, 83, of Congress Village, West Salem, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at Wooster Community Hospital, following a two week illness.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg, where friends may call 6-8 p.m. Sunday.
