James A. Thornburg, 50, of Parkersburg passed away Dec. 20, 2012, at the Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn J. Thornburg Jr. and his mother, Carolyn S. Smith.
James is survived by two brothers, Glenn J. Thornburg III and his wife Lois Thornburg of Parkersburg and Bruce L. Thornburg of Parkersburg; two sisters, Deborah Cross of Hockingport, Ohio and Rebecca Ray of Parkersburg; 12 nieces and nephews; and several close friends.
A memorial service will be set at a later date for family and close friends.
Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory, Green St., Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
