Wahama took an 11-10 lead before Belpre opened the second quarter with a 19-0 run. Four different players made a 3-pointer as the Golden Eagles poured in 30 points - including 16 from Katelyn Hughes - and took a 40-17 advantage into halftime.

Belpre (6-3, 4-3 Tri-Valley Conference Hocking Division) pitched a shutout in the third quarter and allowed just two fourth-quarter field goals by Shalyn Greer to account for all of Wahama's second-half scoring.

Hughes finished with a game-high 27 points, while Sierra Barker added 17 points. Both players gave way to the reserves for the entire fourth quarter.
