Mildred Irene Haddox, 90, of Parkersburg, W.Va., went to be with her Lord on Dec. 16, 2012.
She was born on July 10, 1922, in Spencer, W.Va., a daughter of the late Dale and Brook O'Neal Bartlett.
She was a retired employee of the Board of Education, and was a member of South Parkersburg United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn D. Bentz of Parkersburg; her two grandchildren, Derek and Kelly Bentz of Parkersburg; and one great-grandson, Hunter O. Steakley, and his father, Mark Steakley of Parkersburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Haddox; her son, Robert Haddox; her sister, Eileen Runnion; and her two brothers, Homer and Sterling Bartlett.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike Street, south Parkersburg, with Pastor Rick Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
