Joey Leigh Graham and Casey William LeMasters were united in marriage on Nov. 3 at New Life Baptist in Belleville, W.Va. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Pastor Scott Stewart.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Regina Graham of Parkersburg. She is the mother of Makayla Burns and Savannah Dennis of Parkersburg. She is a 1997 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2011 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg where she received an associate's degree in business technology and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in information technology. She has been employed with Wood County Board of Education since 2001 and working for the transportation department.
The groom is the son of Kathy Collins of Walker and the late Ralph LeMasters.

A California honeymoon is being planned for the couple in the coming summer.
The couple reside in Parkesburg with their four children.
