Fired officer belongs in jail

December 16, 2012
Parkersburg News and Sentinel

From the police civil service commission: "His conduct did not rise to the level to warrant termination."

Downloading porn and stealing? How could any police officer keep his job? (Mr. Holliday.) So where is this user fee going? Paying Mr. Holliday $36,000 a year for nothing.

Do citizens want this officer pulling over your child? He should be in jail with the other people he has arrested.
