Dale W. Baker Jr., 61, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
