Donald Gene Chadwell, 75, of Normantown, departed this life at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, following a one-month illness.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the Mortuary.
