Albert A. Albertini, 89, of Moundsville, W.Va., died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital.

He was born Nov. 30, 1922 in Willock, Pa., a son to the late Joseph and Noemi (Tonoli) Albertini. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Moundsville, the Knights of Columbus Council 1907, 4th Degree Knight, the Garibaldi Lodge of Benwood, W.Va. and the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret (Daniels) Albertini, who he married on April 24, 1948; six daughters, Anita Estep (Richard Pantone) of New Martinsville, W.Va., Alma (Larry) Cunningham of Benwood, Joan (Ed) Estep of Proctor, W.Va., Janet (Paul) Mancuso of Vienna, W.Va., Marcia (John) Torres of Hendersonville, N.C. and Laura (Paul) Weigel of Wheeling, W.Va.; 23 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends were received 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes and Kirby-Vance Chapels, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, W.Va., where a rosary service was held at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. today at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Moundsville. Entombment will follow at Halcyon Hills Cemetery in Sherrard, W.Va.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 610 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, WV 26041, and to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 348 National Road, Wheeling, W.Va. 26003.
