Billy Eugene Milhoan, 78, of Williamstown, passed away Nov. 14, 2012, at his home.
He was born June 21, 1934, in Vienna, a son of the late Richard Albert and Lulu McCullough Milhoan.
Billy was a member of the 36th Street Church of Christ and was a mechanic having worked at various places, including American Viscose, American Cyanamid, Diamond Glass, the DuPont Recreational Park and he had owned and operated a Sunoco Service Station in Williamstown for many years. He had served in the U.S. Army and later was in the Army Reserves for five years. He was also a member of the American Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife, Wilda Huber Milhoan; one son, Keith Allen (Sarah) Milhoan of Sistersville; one daughter, Deborah Milhoan of Williamstown; one grandson, Kamron Allen Milhoan; one sister, Ila Nutter, a resident of the Love & Care assisted living home.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Milhoan, and an infant brother; two sisters, Ruth Grimm and Lois Milhoan.
The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, Evangelists Mark Mason and Tom Butterfield will officiate and burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. The visitation will be on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and an hour prior to the service on Saturday.
