Frances Alberta Kinney, 84, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, of Dallas, Texas, died Nov. 8, 2012, at the Plano Medical Center, Plano, Texas. Your presence on this earth will be greatly missed. We all love you.
Mrs. Kinney was born April 7, 1928, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Carl and Elizabeth Stribling Stanley.
Many years ago, Frances had been employed at the C&P Telephone Co. She was a 1946 graduate of Parkersburg High School. She enjoyed bowling and had been a member of several bowling leagues. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Dallas, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Forrest B. "Sam" Kinney; two daughters, Karen Schadegg (Richard) of Frisco, Texas, and Lisa Fox (Mark) of Carmel, Ind.; three sons, Steve Kinney (Penny) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Samuel Kinney (Debbie) of Dallas, Texas, and Craig Kinney (Heidi) of Naperville, Ill.; one brother, Carl "Jr." Stanley (Eva) of Parkersburg; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Conger.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 2500 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, with the Rev. Monsignor Joseph L. Peterson as celebrant. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Ave., Parkersburg.
