Adelee V. Tallman, 81, of Ripley, W.Va., entered into eternal rest Nov. 6, 2012, at Charleston, W.Va.
Awaiting her arrival are her parents, Albert and Admanda VanNest; husband, Charles Carroll, and son, Herbert Albert Tallman; four brothers, Roy, Raymond, Robert and Donald; two sisters, Ada Wade and Dorthy Wilkinson.
She entered into this world Nov. 11, 1930 in Point Pleasant, W.Va., and was a baptized member of Canal Fulton Baptist Church in Ohio.
She was a busy, hard working mother of six children, loved painting and doing ceramics.
She is survived by a sister, Florence Andrick of Ravenswood; one son, Karl (Louise) Tallman of North Canton, Ohio; four daughters, Pamela (Gregg) Litman of Massillon, Ohio, Patricia Tallman of Canal Fulton, Ohio, Deborah (Dennis) Duncil of Dalton, Ohio, and Laura (Mark) Jackson of Ripley, W.Va.: eight grandchildren, Danielle Sterner, Adam Sterner, Timothy Tallman, Matthew Duncil, Amanda ( Dan ) Cowlick, Ashley (Darrick) Casto, Erika Jackson, Mark Jackson; three great grand-daughters, Amber and Britney Cowlick, and Sarah Casto.
We all rejoice knowing that her suffering from this very long illness is over, but she will sadly be missed by all.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Evangelist David Pursley officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Leroy, W.Va. Friends may call on the family from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
