Mary Frances Hall, 83, of Parkersburg passed away Nov. 6, 2012, at Camden Clark Medical Center, St. Joseph's Campus.
She was born Sept. 5, 1929, in Braxton County, a daughter of the late Waitman and Maggie Clifton Pierson. She had worked at St. Joseph's Hospital. She enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family and was a member of the Mineral Wells Church of Christ.
Mary is survived by her husband, William Hall; four daughters, Shirley Murray (Mike) of Lancaster, Ohio, Rose Wamsley (Hayward) of Parkersburg, Brenda Everett (Jeff) of Vienna, and Charlotte Modesitt (Randy), also of Parkersburg; two sons, David A. Hall (Pam) of Carroll, Ohio and Charles Posey (Karen) of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Helen Blake (Samuel) of Parkersburg and Jane Mixer (Robert) of Vienna; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Posey; a grandson, Christopher Hall; four brothers; and two sisters.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Larry Wigal and Rev. Dr. William R. Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
