Iris Mae Dickey, 83, of Spencer, W.Va., passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at the Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
She was born March 12, 1929, in Roane County, a daughter of the late Samuel J. and Bertha Campbell Niday. She was a retired Registered Nurse.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Dickey.
Per her request, Iris will be cremated and requested no service or visitation.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
