Dorothy E. Hoover, 70, of Mineral Wells departed this life on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Eagle Pointe Nursing Home in Parkersburg.
Dorothy was born Jan. 31, 1942, in Greenville, Pa., the daughter of the late Clarence G. and Hazel (Hannah) Boyd. She spent her life as a homemaker for her loving family.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, C.W. "Bill" Hoover; son, Brian Means (Darlene) and daughter, Kris Means, both of Manassas, Va.; along with two special granddaughters, Kristine and Krystal.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
